Can MD802 4System DS be upgraded to All Systems directly through Autel website?

What is the cost?

I do understand this is normally done by the dealer. However, I have an unregistered unit which can still be returned through Amazon, but the third party seller hasn't offered any help with this, so I'm reluctant to risk sending them any more money.

I'm hoping not to have to send it back, I'd like to put it to work asap.
